The Sunset Jean is our take on the traditional "rancher" fit Western jean. It features a moderately high rise, fuller thigh, and a subtle bootcut at the bottom.

For this project, we have a gorgeous selection of 7 fabrics - including our collaborative "Bleach Wash" with Styleforum.net. There's a great assortment of denims, a beautiful Japanese cavalry twill, two British Moleskins, and a washable Donegal tweed. This is a really eclectic mix that you rarely see in 5-pocket jeans!

This style is simultaneously retro and current. We wanted that "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" vibe. The Sunset Jean offers clean construction, minimal styling without logos, and absolutely gorgeous fabrics for a very competitive price.

It looks boss with a sportcoat and boots. It works great with a white t-shirt and Chuck Taylors. It's a versatile shape and a fresh look for your wardrobe!

This shape is flattering for a range of physiques and we designed it in line with our other shapes. The fit is a bit larger than a Rivet and a bit slimmer than a Wilhelm, meaning the vast majority of our clients can simply order their typical waist size.

The Sunset Jean features bartacked seams, aged brass button front & button fly, front pocket rivets, genuine leather rear patch, and our signature rear pocket stitch detail.

Each piece is manufactured from start to finish in Los Angeles. Every jean is cut by Jorge and sewn by Juan and our team of operators.

You can opt for a shorter inseam than our stock 35" length. We recommend ordering 0.5" longer than what you want to allow for shrinkage on all fabrics except the bleach wash, which is delivered fully preshrunk.

Cone Mills 14oz Bleach Wash Denim (Styleforum Collab)

This classic American denim was woven in North Carolina approximately 12 years ago. With a year-round 14oz weight and a strong twill structure, it's ideal for an intensive bleach wash and silicone treatment. The result is a beautifully irregular light tone with awesome contrast at the seams and folds. It's fully preshrunk and broken in. They'll be some of the most comfortable jeans you'e ever worn.

Our wonderful clients on Styleforum.net contributed the idea for this wash, so we're offering it as a collaboration. This is a perfectly versatile piece that can sit under a tweed sportcoat or a plain t-shirt. They offer laid back and effortless style. These jeans will be made with contrast stitching.

Hattori Slate & Indigo Cavalry Twill

Composed of slate grey and natural indigo yarns, this 10oz pure cotton fabric hails from the famed Hattori Textile Co. of Kyoto Japan. It will make up in to a brilliant four-season jean that can be easily dressed up or down. It's machine washable, and you can expect the indigo yarns to fade with wash and wear, increasing the contrast over time. These jeans will be made with tonal stitching.

Brisbane Moss 11oz Cotton Moleskin

Woven by Britain's legendary Brisbane Moss mill, this 10oz pure cotton is a bit lighter and softer than their full-weight version. This offers the versatility and comfort of true three-season wear. This 100% cotton fabric is sheared on one side for a soft, plush hand. Originally developed for hunting and military garments, it's durable, machine-washable, and very tough. With proper care, it will look great through many seasons of wear - gaining more and more character as it ages.

Loden is a dark forest green. Lichen Mist is a light neutral pale olive. These jeans will be made with tonal stitching.

Salt & Pepper Washable Donegal Tweed

Woven in Japan, this is one of the best Donegals that I've ever encountered. It's a classic "outdoorsmen blend" of 90% wool and 10% nylon. It weighs in at 14oz, so it's warm and sturdy for the Fall/Winter, but not too hot to comfortably wear indoors. Its compact weave minimizes flyway fibers, minimizing the itchiness that can be noticeable with a traditional tweed. And - It's totally machine washable, which is exceptionally rare for a tweed like this. Just wash in cold water on the delicate cycle and hang dry. These jeans will be made with tonal stitching.

Jet Black 13oz Kaihara Denim

Black denim is an excellent staple fabric for every wardrobe, and this is an exceptional expression of that. Woven by Kaihara in Japan, both the warp and weft yarns are dyed black, giving it a sleek a minimal finish. We'll use black stitching and black leather patch to finish it.

Cone Mills 14oz Vintage Blue Denim

This classic American denim was woven in North Carolina approximately 12 years ago. Once we saw its perfect blue tone, we purchased several deadstock rolls. Its indigo shade is slightly lighter and more vibrant and it has a wonderful hand. It's going to fade like a beast! This is a bonafide treasure of American textile history. These jeans will be made with contrast stitching.
