The Wilhelm is our WWII Field Trouser selvedge pant. With extra room in both the thighs and the seat, it's an ideal fit for clients with muscular legs. The Wilhelm's cut offers a tailored fit on those with bigger thighs or a flattering relaxed fit for those with slimmer legs.

Woven in Japan by Kaihara Mills, this is a really cool lighter-weight denim with a duotone red & blue selvedge ticker.

The denim is a rich dark indigo with small ecru slubs in the weave. At 10oz, it's on the lighter side for a jean, but still very much wearable year-round. The hand is soft, and it feels fully broken in from the first wear.

But the cool feature is the duotone ticker. It's a subtle detail, but a very rare one - and it's pretty magical when you cuff them up! We bought this cloth as a limited closeout, so don't wait to order if you like it. All of the available stock has been cut.

Inspired by the soft construction of military uniform trousers, the Wilhelm has an unlined, folded-over waistband. This gives it a comfortable, contoured fit and a cool vintage look. Its other features include a button-through closure, metal zip fly, double besom coin pocket, and rear welt pockets. The inseams are unfinished at 35".

If you are familiar with our chinos, the we recommend ordering your typical size. Click on the "Size Chart" link over the size selector to see a detailed chart. Each pair is made from start to finish in Los Angeles.
